To use existing inhouse Infusionsoft CRM and verify new ‘prospects’, identify decision makers & update their contact details. Qualify leads by identifying current issues, problems & restrictions on their current site(s).

To use existing inhouse CRM ‘process’ to log progress of each lead and nurture relationship over time. The overall objective was to identify new qualified leads with potential projects and arrange for an online demonstration to highlight potential solution(s).

We were able to achieve these goals by:

 

  • Running a brainstorm session and completing our REVIEW document thus creating a 3-month marketing plan targeting companies with online web shops in the Beauty and Fashion Industies.
  • Conducting a SWOT & PESTLE analysis, competitor benchmark analysis
  • Creating a Campaign Strategy to implement marketing plan and set campaign goals
  • Logging into inhouse Infusionsoft CRM to contact pre-identified ‘leads’ and used telemarketing to verify potential opportunities
  • Sending pre-set email ‘response’ tailored to bespoke requirements via CRM.
  • Linking to Social sites ie Linkedin to engage identified decision makers and raise company profile
