The Brief
To use existing inhouse ACT CRM targeting their existing prospects. Updating their contact details and identifying qualifying information such as ‘renewal date’, ‘fleet size’ and ‘current broker/insurer’ details.
To also market research through online directories potential new prospects and add to CRM to be verified and qualified. The overall objective was to identify business opportunities and arrange for a quotation to be sent.

We were able to achieve these goals by:
- Writing an effective sales telephone script promoting key services
- Logging in to inhouse ACT CRM and selecting targeted records for calling
- Data-cleansing activity, updating contact details and removing dead ‘leads’
- Making telemarketing sales calls to qualify ‘opportunity’ and obtain quote opportunity for Sales Manager to follow-up.
- Making up and posting out Proposal Packs to targeted prospects.
