We were able to achieve these goals by:
- Conducting a SWOT & PESTLE analysis, competitor benchmark analysis
- Creating a Campaign Strategy to implement marketing plan and set campaign goals
- Instigating a market research activity to source & identify key prospects.
- Creating new ACT CRM to upload identified ‘leads’ and verified potential opportunities
- Setting up email ‘response’ tailored to bespoke requirements (both businesses & GP surgery’s)
- Writing copy for direct mail campaign including covering letter and leaflet.
- Making telemarketing sales calls to qualify ‘opportunity’ and book meetings
- PR to write editorial ‘ads’ to place in local community magazines to promotesupport services for people affected with Mental Health
- Running a brainstorm session and completing our REVIEW document thus creating a 3-month marketing plan around ‘Mentally Healthy Hearts & Minds’ initative.
