To research the ‘Financial Services’ marketplace, identify & promote the key strengths of the company. To write a marketing strategy and deliver a marketing plan to generate new sales opportunities. We were also tasked to analyse current competitors, gain insights and come up with key targeted messaging throughout the campaign.

The overall objective of the campaign was to raise the profile of the company, engage with key decision makers, identify potential opportunities and arrange introductory meetings for the Managing Director.

We were able to achieve these goals by:

 

  • Running a brainstorm session and completing our Marketing Plan to introduce IT Management Services and promote 4 key areas of support.
  • Conducting a SWOT & PESTLE analysis, competitor benchmark analysis
  • Creating a Campaign Strategy to implement marketing plan and set campaign goals
  • Writing an effective sales telephone script promoting key services
  • Creating new ACT CRM and select targeted ‘business sectors’ for verification
  • Data-cleansing activity, updating contact details and use telemarketing sales calls to qualify ‘opportunity’ and obtain future opportunities
