The Brief
To use existing in-house Prospectsoft CRM targeting the ‘Education’ and ‘Hospitals’ sectors in specific geographical areas with the purpose of updating contact details and identifying & engaging with decision makers to promote their range of services.
To also follow-up bespoke e-shots & direct mail campaign, targeting very specific ‘new’ sectors to introduce the company and range of services. The overall objective was to identify business opportunity and arrange sales appointments for external sales team.

We were able to achieve these goals by:
- Writing an effective sales telephone script targeted to each campaign
- Logging on to inhouse Prospectsoft CRM and selecting targeted records for calling
- Data-cleansing activity, updating contact details and removing dead ‘leads’
- Sending out targeted emails to verified leads following verification calls
- Making telemarketing sales calls to qualify ‘opportunity’ and book sales appointment.
- Using Google Docs to share and update weekly Summary of Appts achieved during the campaign
